Pelvic explorations workshop w/ Ágnes Grélinger

Divadlo Na Peróne, Zvonárska 18, Košice 08.02.2025 8.00-10.00

We would like to invite female participants to a guided body and movement research workshop with Ágnes Grélinger. The research revolves around our pelvis; the visible/material and invisible/immaterial realities present inside of us.

Beside the physical exploration of the bone,-tissue structures and movement, we will dive into questions like:

What wants to come to our consciousness; what’s the priority of the body to be addressed, right now?

What stories and beliefs do the pelvis hold?

What stories do female bodies carry?

What have we inherited from our maternal line?

How can we co-create a safe container to share our stories, struggles, successes?

Guided movement, somatic practices, visualization, meditation, drawing and writing will be techniques that we work with. We’ll also have time to have conversations around the themes that will reveal themselves.

We welcome those that are open to dive into their bodies, our collective consciousness  and the wisdom that wants to come through us.

The workshop will be guided by Ágnes Grélinger, who has many years of experience in facilitating somatic and creative workshops, women’s circles and is also a Bodytalk practitioner.

Even though this is not a therapeutic space, the topic we are exploring is sensitive, intimate and might bring up vulnerable stories and memories. While we are most focused on artistic exploration and the healing/transformative potential of art, in case it is needed, we are open to guide anyone who might need further assistance to the professionals with the appropriate training. We’ll also have a body therapist Zuzana Románová (Centrum Seba) present at the workshop.

Duration: 10:00 – 13:00
